How can I find the UDI or the IP address of my ismartgate device?

To know the IP address or the UDI of your device open your App or access it through a computer:

  1. Open your ismartgate App
  2. Go to Settings
  1. Select the Device option
  1. Find the UDI and the remote address in red
  2. And the IP in green
