How to add an ismartgate already configured to the ismartgate App?

To Add an account to the ismartgate App, the device needs to be configured. 

In case it is not configured, please follow the instructions here.

  1. Open your ismartgate App
  1. Select the option No, Thanks.
  1. Select the option Join Existing Ismartgate.
  1. In case you are connected to the same network as the ismartgate, select the icon on the left of UDI. Otherwise enter the UDI of the device, to know the UDI find the instructions here.
  2. Enter your username
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Press Done.
